KAMS Charity hosts Krutaanjaji to support Frontline workers and struggling artists

KAMS Charity which is a non profit Organization from USA has conducted a Global Virtual Musical Event “Krutaanjali” with support from Odia Sahitya Tungi on Nov 28th to show the gratitude to all the Frontline workers around the globe. This event had 40+ participants who participated from more than 10 countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, France India and few others. The event was organized virtually using zoom platform. KAMS Charity whose mission is to empower and promote under-served and under-privileged artists around the globe and provide them a global platform that they deserve. KAMS Charity will be using the proceeds from this event to support struggling artists from Odisha who participated in this event during the pandemic time.

The event started at 8 PM USA Eastern time and 6.30 AM and lasted for more than 12 hours non stop. The event started with a welcome note by the Founder of KAMS Charity, Mrs Aparajitta Swain from Boston USA and then followed by speech from Dr Panchanan Satpathy from Tennassee, USA.

Dr Devashish Ray who is the Chairman of Health and Wellness Group of Odisha Society of Americas. Dr Sangeeta Pradhan also talked about

First segment of the program was to show gratitude to almighty praying for wellbeing of everyone during this difficult times and Guru Sri Baishnab Kailash won the heart of everyone with his beautiful devotional Jagannath bhajans. This was followed by Binaca Geetmala where Mr Sam Biswal was the Emcee who led the show with Mr Ameen Sayani ji’s voice which took the audience back in their memory lane from the golden era. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this program. During this 12 hour program, next segment was Bollywood where Mr. Priyadarshi Dash was the emcee and provides music/movie details while introducing the global artists.

Then came the Ollywood segment where beautiful Odia songs were performed by many artists and this part of the show was anchored by Dr Tanmay Panda and Dr. Sunanda Panda beautifully taking us back in the memory lane and entertained with Khoka bhai songs.

Participants from all over world were waiting eagerly to participate in this Global Antakshari contest that was beautifully conduced by most talented Mrs Ritanjali Patnaik, Mr Malaya Biswal and Mr Pramod Mahapatra.

Final segment was Bhajan that was about USA time morning 6 AM and India time 4.30 AM Guru Sri Baishnab Kailash came in again with his devotional songs to entertain the audience.

This event was attended by many other distinct personalities and celebrities such as Mrs Kuku Das, President of Odisa Society of Americas, Mr Sabyasachi Mishra, Actor from Ollywood, Mr Saswat Joshi, Founder of Lasyakala and SJ Productions and many others.

Finally Mrs. Aparajitta Swain, Founder of KAMS Charity provided the vote of Thanks to all the volunteers who worked tirelessly to prepare and support this event and mentioned there will be many more events that are in planning phases with the objective to support struggling artists.
